Quitting cigarettes!?!?

I always feel like shit after a cigarette, my lungs feel collapsed, and I take at minimum 2 hours a day(through out the day) smoking that could be used or better things. Now you may ask,”why don’t you just quit?” I live with my mother, and just starting my life. She gets me to come out and smoke with her everytime she does. Same goes with my father, sister, friends etc. It feels as if I don’t smoke i’m not a part of the group, which that’s kind of how it is, smoking is the bond we all have nowadays. I’ve also been smoking for about 3-4 years now and even not worrying about what they think, I still have such a hard time quitting! Suggestions would help!

Tell your mother and the others in the group that smoking is making you feel unwell and that you are now quitting.
